June 9, 7.30pm St. John Smith's Square: Piano Forty will perform 'Carnival' as well as pieces by Smetana, James Wilson, Peggie, MacDowall,  Beat and Moscheles.

April 24, 7.30pm King Charles the Martyr, Tunbridge Wells, The Rose Trio (for Tunbridge Wells International Young Concert Artists) perform 'Come Play'.

'Pan' for solo oboe and pre-recorded oboe will be performed by Paul Goodey in 2010. Date tbc.

October 8, St. Pancras Church, Euston, 1.15pm: Geoffrey Pratley and Anne Applin gave the UK Premiere of 'Pagan Dance No.3' for Piano Duet. Coincidentally this piece was also performed in Massachusetts, USA on the same day by the  Four-Hand Piano Duo.

August 4, Tudor Hall, Banbury, Oxon: The National Youth Wind Orchestra performed 'Breathe'.

August 1, 12.00pm: Martin Stacey performed the organ piece 'Quiet Rush' in Marylebone Parish Church, as part of the Annual Festival of New Organ Music.

June 21: 'Breathe' was given its Italian Premiere by the Trieste Saxophone Orchestra, conducted by Massimiliano Donninelli. It will also be performed by the Rutgers School of Music, New York, later this year.

June 17, 12.00: 'Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace' was sung by the choir of the Chapel Royal at a service in St, James's Chapel.

'The Garden of Gethsemane' (in the arrangement for flute and organ) was performed by Rarescale on the 26th January, 6.15pm at All Saints Church, Oakleigh Park Road, N20.

'Russian Fantasy' arranged for full orchestra, was performed in a concert at Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School on 22nd January, conducted by Bjorn Bantock.

PREVIOUSLY in 2008:

'The Garden of Gethsemane' for flute and organ was performed by Rarescale in a concert at St Leonard's Church, Shoreditch, Saturday 13th December.

'O my deir hert' was recently recorded by the choir of Selwyn College Cambridge for inclusion on a CD of new anthems which will be included with 'Choir and Organ' magazine (March/April 2009 issue). The choir also performed it in their carol services at the College on 4th December and 7th December and in a concert at St Edmunds RC Church, Bury St Edmunds, 9th December.

'O my deir hert' and 'Out of your sleep' were performed in a carol service on Saturday 6th December: A Christmas Choral Extravaganza - Sophie Biebuyck and friends, The Hutton and Shenfield Union Church, CM13 2NA.

'Breathe' for ten saxophones and piano was performed by the original commissioners, Trinity Saxes, on the 28th November at Trinity College of Music and by the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff on 3rd December. This work has had fifteen performances to date.

'In the midst of Life' was premiered at the Dartington International Summer Festival of Music on 29th August, conducted by Jeremy Walker.

'Breathe' was performed by students from the University of York on the 11th June.

'Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace' was performed in the final concert of the International Festival of Contemporary Church Music. It was performed by the choir of the Chapel Royal at St. Pancras Church on 17th May. They also sang it during their regular church service on 11th May and in a concert in Blackheath Concert Halls in June. The choir are now planning to include it on a CD of pieces commissioned by them.

'Pagan Dance no.3' for piano duet, has been performed in various venues across the US by the pianists Bonnie Anderson and Donna Gross Javel on the following dates: 6th March (world premiere), 17th, 20th April, June 1st, 6th, 26th, July 31st, 3rd September, 18th, 25th, 26th, 28th, 2nd October, 5th and 30th.

'Russian Fantasy' for string orchestra, was premiered in May at Westminster Under School, conducted by the composer.

PREVIOUSLY in 2007:

'Rain Dance', arranged for string orchestra, was premiered in a concert at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, USA on 2nd December. See LISTEN to hear the original version of this piece for solo cello.

'Quiet Rush' for solo organ was premiered by David Ponsford in a concert at St. Botolph's Church, Aldgate on 24th November 2007. This piece was highlighted as one of the world premieres of the year in 2007 by Classical Music Magazine.

'Four Fun Pieces for Beginner Bass' and 'The Iron Tongue' (for double bass and piano) were premiered at Wells Cathedral School on 30th September 2007. They will be published early in 2009 by BIBF/Recital Music.

Edmund's commission for Mardi Brass, 'Pacific 451' was premiered at St. John's School, Leatherhead, on  12th September, 2007.

Edmund's opera 'The Handless Maiden' (work in progress), was premiered on 7th September, 2007 at Trinity College of Music, London.

1st September, 2007, 'Dance' and 'Flow' received second performances in Stogumber Parish Church, Somerset.

17th August, 2007, 'Dance' for solo piano was premiered in a concert at the Belsize Music Rooms given by Mark Strathdene.

11th July, 2007, 'Atmospheres' and 'Distant Voices' was broadcast on RadioReverb in Brighton.

9th June, 2007, 'Flow' for solo piano, was premiered at a private event in Chandos House, London.

25th March, 2007, Chapel Royal at St. James's Palace. The prestigious choir of this chapel gave the premiere of Edmund's anthem 'Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace'.

PREVIOUSLY in 2006:

20th December, 2006, St. Martin-in-the-Fields Church, Trafalgar Square, London. The choir of this church included the London premiere of 'O, my Deir Hert' in their carol service. See LISTEN for a recording of this work.

5th December, 2006, St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Dallas, Texas, the Orpheus Chamber Singers performed 'O, my Deir Hert' in this Christmas Concert. See LISTEN for a recording of this work.

4th December, 2006, St. Peter's Church, Canterbury. Sounds New (directed by Nicolas Cleobury) premiered pieces inspired by the Mozart 'Fragments', including Edmund's piece 'Whim' for clarinet quartet and 'What comes after M?' for 2 clarinets, string quartet and piano.

3rd December, 2006, Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church, Dallas, Texas, the Orpheus Chamber Singers premiered 'O, my Deir Hert' in this Christmas Concert. See LISTEN for a recording of this work.

13th November, 2006, Royal Society of Arts, The Strand, private event. 'Rain Dance' (arranged for string quartet) was premiered at this private event. See LISTEN for a recording of this work in its original form for solo cello.

11th and 12th November, 2006, Music Room, Danceworks Studios, London, 7.00pm. As part of a showcase of ballet pieces, 'Reflections' was given second and third performances at this event.

6th November, 2006, Royal Horticultural Halls, Vincent Square, 6.00pm. The Junior Choir of Westminster Under School performed in front of Princess Alexandra and included Edmund's popular 'Follow the Star' in their concert.

15th July, 2006, Temple Church. Ian Le Grice premiered the organ piece 'Triumphale'.

8th July, Christchurch College, Canterbury Sounds New (under Nicholas Cleobury) workshopped 'Static' for 2 clarinets, string quartet and piano.

22nd June, 2006, The Royal College of Music, London The Royal College of Music gave the seventh performance of 'Breathe' for ten saxophones and piano as part of a concert directed by Kyle Horch. See LISTEN for a recording of this work.

9th June, 2006, Trinity College of Music Natalie Spicer included 'Come Play' for flute, oboe and bass clarinet as part of her Finals Recital.

27th May, 2006, Lauderdale House, London The London Flutes performed 'Sirens' as part of a concert for four flutes.

21st May, 2006, Bristol Music Club The London Flutes performed 'Sirens' as part of a concert for four flutes.

20th May, 2006, St. Paul's Church, Knightsbridge, London The Kensington Chamber Orchestra premiered the orchestral piece 'Dunia' (commissioned by Andrew O'Keeffe for his wife Dunia).

14th May, 2006, Brighton College The London Flutes premiered 'Sirens' in a concert for four flutes, which they had commissioned from Edmund.

4th April, 2006, Wapping Power Station Frances Marie-Uitti premiered 'Rain Dance' for solo cello which had been commissioned by her and SPNM (Society for the Promotion of New Music).
